Q + A

RSVP Deadline

We're kindly asking that all our guests RSVP to all events in our wedding by April 17th

How do I RSVP?

Please fill in the RSVP form on our wedding website, including all relevant requirements, so that we can make plans for you

Can I bring a plus one?

We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one they will be specifically addressed on your invite.

Is the venue accessible from Lisbon?

Yes! If you are planning on driving, it is approx. 30 - 40min drive from Lisbon. However, we recommend that all guests stay closer to the venue for the Sunday (28th) and Monday (29th) of the wedding week. Please see 'Accommodations' page for recommended hotels.

What airport should I fly into?

Lisbon International (Humberto Delgado) airport (LIS)

Can I book an Airbnb in the Ericeira area instead of booking one of the recommended hotels?

Absolutely! There are some great Airbnb's in the surrounding towns of Ericeira, Mafra and Gradil. Please plan to arrange transportation to and from the venue unless you are near Vila Gale Hotel Ericeira, in which case we will provide transportation

How do I get to and from Quinta de Sant'Ana?

We will provide transportation to and from Hotel Campo Real and Hotel Vila Gale for the wedding day. There is also parking available on site at Quinta de Sant'Ana. Ubers are also available, however, they become more limited the further you get from Lisbon, and will be hard to come by at the end of the night. We recommend pre-book your transportation if you are not coming from Hotel Campo Real or Ericeira. Ubers are suggested for welcome party and the farewell brunch

Are kids allowed?

We love all your children! If your wedding invite says "Family" that means your immediate family, including children. For clarity, if you have adult children who are married or engaged, they are welcome, please contact us so we can get them on the RSVP list!

When should I get my passport

If you plan to attend, please check your passport status ahead of time and renew or file for a new passport at least 6 months in advance. To be allowed entry into Portugal, your passport needs to be valid within 3 months of departure.

Is there parking available at the venue

Yes! There is parking available for those who are staying onsite. However, it is limited, so we kindly ask that you car share where possible.

Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, overlooking the vineyard. Our drinks reception will take place in the courtyard outside the main house. The party and meal will be indoors

Cards & Gifts

The fact you are travelling to be with us for a special day is a gift in itself so please don't feel this is necessary. We will have a card box set up at the wedding and anything we do receive will be put towards our honeymoon.
